A day on Outoms

From the first shift to the last report, without a sheet of paper.

This is a day at a site that runs on Outoms. Each step is recorded once and reaches the people who need it, when they need it.

  1. 06:00

The guard checks in from inside the site

Check-in works only inside the site’s boundary. If the network drops, the signed check-in hops from phone to phone until it gets through.

    Guard · Outoms app
  2. 06:20

An absence, and the cover is ready

Outoms spots the no-show and sends a cover request to the next guard in the backup pool. If they don’t accept in time, it moves to the one after. The shift stays complete, and coverage is checked against the service contract.

    Supervisor
  3. 09:12

A report from the field in seconds

The guard files the report from the phone, and the supervisor reviews it and sends it on to the project consultant and the client. An SOS goes at once to the nearest responder and up the supervisor chain.

    Guard, supervisor, client
  4. 11:30

A permit that proves itself at the gate

The guard scans the permit, Outoms verifies it and logs the entry and exit. The visitor follows a guided route to their destination in the Outoms Access app.

    Gate guard, visitor
  5. 14:00

A proven patrol and a signed handover

Checkpoints are proven by QR, NFC or GPS, and equipment changes hands between shifts from phone to phone, confirmed by biometrics or a one-time code.

    Guard, supervisor
  6. 17:45

    Evacuation in one tap

The emergency broadcast reaches every phone and routes each guard to the nearest assembly point. An SOS hops between nearby phones even with no network.

    Operations room
  7. 20:00

HR doesn’t wait for the morning

Leave, loans, letters and overtime are approved from one inbox, and the AI advisor works out the cost of a decision under the Labor Law before it is approved.

    HR, manager
  8. 23:55

    The daily report sends itself

Each site’s report is built from the day’s shifts and sent to HQ, the client and the project consultant at the same time every night.

A modular platform

Run what you need, and pay only for that.

Start with the core, then switch on the modules your company needs. Billing follows active users and enabled modules.

  • A disabled module disappears from menus and apps, and stops working behind the scenes too.
  • Its data is kept, and comes back as it was when you switch it on.
  • Sub-modules follow their parent module.
  • Each user counts by the days they were active that month, not by a head count at month end.

Outoms AI

An HR advisor that knows the Labor Law.

Before you approve a resignation, a termination, leave, a loan or a disciplinary action, the AI advisor brings together the employee’s record, your company’s policies and the articles of the Saudi Labor Law, then works out each option and cites its source. It runs on a language model hosted on our own servers, so your employees’ data never goes to an outside provider.

  • Resignation and termination
  • Leave and loans
  • Violations and investigations
  • End-of-service award
  • Runs on our own servers

An employee has served 4 years, earns SAR 9,000 a month and has 7 days of leave left. What does ending the contract cost?

Lawful termination: SAR 20,100: an end-of-service award of 18,000 and leave pay of 2,100.
Termination without a valid reason: add SAR 18,000 in compensation.
Recommendation: document the reason before you decide.Source: Articles 77, 84 and 111 of the Labor Law

Security and trust

Built for operations that can’t afford mistakes.

Data about guards, sites and clients is sensitive, so Outoms was built on isolation, signing and audit from the first line.

  • An isolated environment per company

Each security company has its own instance with its own database. Its data never sits with another operator’s.

  • An audit trail that can’t be quietly edited

Every action is recorded in a linked chain whose integrity is checked every week, so a later edit shows.

  • Signatures and signed events

Violations, warnings and handovers are signed by biometrics or a one-time code, and every event between parties is signed and timestamped.

  • Trusted devices

OTP sign-in, new devices stay locked until approved, web sign-ins are approved from the phone, and fake locations are detected.

  • Data protection

National IDs and IBANs are encrypted, files open only with permission, and location history is deleted after 90 days.

  • Money controls and backups

Payroll and pay changes are approved by someone other than the person who prepared them, and your data is backed up every 6 hours.
